Dear ladies and gentlemen. I invite you to visit the bar of Chinese cuisine Hanlong, situated in the city of Tallinn, at 78b Kopli St (just opposite the main building of the plant Standart).

Our mission in running this bar is to present to our customers the impressive assortment and variety of Chinese cuisine. The connoisseurs of the Chinese cuisine can take their pick of our dishes and savour those they like best, while the people just interested in the cuisines of the East will get adequate information about the Chinese cuisine, its specificity and traditions.

The staff of our bar and I personally will be happy to answer the questions regarding the Chinese cuisine and the Chinese tea tradition.

In our bar you will be offered traditional dishes deriving from actually all provinces of China. We are boasting of the expert chef coming directly from China, holding an appropriate diploma and having years-long practice. He is the sole chef in Estonia with such credentials. A large number of gourmets and true acolytes of the Eastern cuisine, loyal clientele to our bar have appreciated the talents of our chef and have paid homage to him. Several leading magazines of Estonia, publishing articles about the Chinese cuisine or tea, refer to the experts of our bar for first hand consultations on the subject.

Is it conceivable for the Chinese cuisine to exist without traditional tea drinking ceremony? Of course not! Chinese tea and traditions of tea drinking hold a focal place in the work of our bar. It was a pleasant surprise for me to learn that in Estonia, there are quite a few lovers of tea with sensitive and discriminating tastes, true epicures as a matter of fact. It is for them, and also for those desirous of being initiated into the complex culture of tea drinking historically traceable for millennia, that we offer the wide selection of the best tea we personally import from China. Alongside with presentation of the dishes of the Chinese cuisine, we will gladly teach all our customers the rules of traditional Chinese tea ceremony, we will perform it, instruct you to the ways to properly brew tea and enjoy it. We will give answers to all your questions related to the Chinese tea and the relevant procedures. Besides tasting many brands of tea at our bar, you can also purchase the tea you like best, to relish it at home or on job.

The bar Hanlong is a convenient place to hold various events, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and anniversaries. Residents of Tallinn fancy especially the Open House Days of Chinese Cuisine we regularly give. Then, the staff and associates of local companies having a jubilee or some other festive event, are provided a unique opportunity to familiarise themselves with all intricacies of the Chinese cuisine – they will taste a number of dishes and teas, and will participate at tea ceremony. You are welcome to order such Open House Day any time suitable to you.
